"Authorized Driver" must have a valid driver’s license, be 25 years of age or older, and have their name, driver’s license number, date of expiration and signature appear on the Rental Agreement. All authorized drivers have agreed they have not, during the past three (3) years, pled guilty, paid a fine, or have been convicted of one or more of the following:
i) driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other substance:
ii) reckless driving or participation in a speed contest:
iii) leaving the scene of an accident or failing to report an accident:
iv) possession of a stolen vehicle or use of a vehicle in a felony:
v) three (3) or more moving traffic violations:
vi) had two or more motor vehicle accidents in which they have pled guilty, paid a fine or been convicted of a moving traffic violation.
