Reservation Deposit & Damage Deposit Credit Hold

The "Reservation Deposit" amount is required to confirm and hold a motorhome rental reservation with Great Alaskan Holidays, Inc.
The Reservation Deposit is subject to cancellation fees as outlined in the Terms of Agreement – The Fine Print.
At pickup, the Reservation Deposit will be contributed to your reservation as a pre-payment of your rental fees.

The "Minimum Due Today" amount includes the Reservation Deposit, and if selected, CancelCare Protection, Low Rate Guarantee, and the Milepost with shipping.

The Reservation Deposit amount must be paid to confirm and hold your reservation and is subject to our Cancellation Policies.

If you pay the "Minimum Due Today" amount, a payment of the remaining Rental Fees will be due at time of pickup.
All payments including your Reservation Deposit will be applied towards your total rental fees at pickup.

If you pay your entire Rental Fees (Rental Total), the only other fees you may incur will be optional rental items and services you may select at pickup.

At Pickup, a valid CREDIT CARD (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER), not a debit/check card, is required to take possession of your motorhome rental.
If you do not have a credit card, other arrangements must be made at least 10 days in advance of your pickup date.

*Damage Deposit Credit Hold - At pickup, a $1,000 Damage Deposit Credit Hold will be secured on your
valid CREDIT CARD (not a debit/check/prepaid card) for the duration of your rental. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards are accepted.

The *Damage Deposit Credit Hold, less any adjustments or charges you made to your account, will be voided and released back to your
valid credit card on file in 3 to 5 business days after the return of the motorhome.

The Damage Deposit Credit Hold may appear as a pending transaction on your credit card account during the duration of your rental.
When and if released, this pending transaction will be voided and will not appear on your credit card monthly statement.
