"Pay Per Mile" Option

With the "Pay Per Mile" option, your mileage is estimated at 100 miles per day, multiplied by your mileage rate.  If you do not prepay your rental and chose the "Pay Per Mile" option, we will collect estimated mileage fees when you pick up your motorhome.  Actual Mileage charges will be established upon return of the vehicle.

With this mileage option you pay the mileage rate from the first mile.  Which mileage option you choose depends on what kind of trip you are planning.

Which Mileage Option Should I Choose?

• If you plan to stay in one general location in Alaska during your rental, we recommend the *Pay Per Mile option.
• If you plan to travel more than 100 miles per day and explore Alaska, we recommend the **Unlimited Mileage option.

* With the Pay Per Mile option, an estimated mileage charge of will be added at time of reservation (100 Miles Per Day × Your Mileage Rate).  Any unused mileage fees will be refunded upon satisfactory return of your rental.
** Unlimited Mileage option is not always available and often requires a 5 or more night rental.
